Dr Sarah Cust

Sarah values a holistic and preventative approach to long-term health through
osteopathy, mindful movement and lifestyle education by tailoring a management plan
specific to you.
Sarah enjoys supporting women through pregnancy into their 4th trimester as the body
adapts to new ways of moving and the demands of feeding.
Sarah has a special interest in paediatric care from newborn through to adolescence
recognises how early development affects how we function and feel into adulthood.
Sarah has a background working with sporting teams and athletes managing injuries
specific to rowing, cycling, AFL and running.
Sarah is a Victoria University graduate with a Bachelor of Clinical Science (Osteopathy)
and Master of Osteopathy.
Sarah has undertaken further study in:

  • Infant feeding skills from milk to solids
  • Orofacial myology
  • Tongue tie assessments
  • Pre and post frenectomy care
  • Milestones and development of motor skills throughout 0-24 months
