Sarah is passionate about keeping you moving in whatever way you enjoy, whether that
be to maintain pain free movement in daily life or enhance physical performance. Sarah
believes regular movement is a therapy that keeps the body healthy and mind happy.
This is why she integrates hands on osteopathy techniques with pilates and exercise
prescription to restore optimal function.
Sarah is an anatomy and physiology nerd which she uses to identify the root cause of
injury and educate you to become more aware of your body’s potential. Sarah values a
holistic and preventative approach to long term health through osteopathy, mindful
movement and lifestyle education to tailor your management plan for you.
Sarah is a Victoria University graduate with a Bachelor of Clinical Science (Osteopathy)
and Master of Osteopathy. Additional Sarah is qualified in; strength and conditioning,
matwork and equipment pilates, myofascial dry needling and cupping.
