Osteopathy for Stephanie is all about treating the patient holistically, assessing every aspect of their health and wellbeing. From this, she applies gentle and effective manual techniques to improve their quality of life. Through this process she is able to establish solid patient relationships and help patients achieve optimal health. Dr Stephanie Bignoux (Osteopath) graduated from Victoria University in 2013.
Dr Stephanie enjoys the diagnostic challenge associated with headaches, chronic pain and arthritis management. She also enjoys working with adolescents, students and office workers and helping with ergonomic advice with regards to posture and repetitive activities; and has also obtained certification in applying dry-needling techniques.
